Li Yong Lock Factory
was established in 1932. It is the first comprehensive
lock-making factory in the country. And it is also
a backbone enterprise of Chinese Light Industry.

Yong Lock Factory now has capital assets of 40 million
960 thousand Yuan. It occupies an area of 22 thousand
square meters, with an architecture area of 35 thousand
square meters. The total number of equipment it has
is 460, among which 18 are imported facilities, 48
are inspection facilities. It owns integrated systems
of product development, crafts design, manufacturing,
inspection and control, etc. its brand "Horse"
and "Li Yong" cover around the nationwide
market. It produces various kinds of locks, including
locks used in architecture (ball type, billiards,
tumbler insert wick, outside door lock, plastic/steel
door and window lock, IC electric door lock), locks
in transportation (used in ships, cars, trains, subways,
planes), special locks (used in cash box, cash room,
thermo room, braodcast studio, prison). These types
amounted to nearly 600. Car locks was put into production
on 1958, and the factory became the fist fitting-making
unit of brands "Red-flag" and "Shanghai".
In the eighth Five Year period, our factory invested
30 million yuan to do the homemade technical revision
project for 150 thousand Santana car locks. It introduced
key lock-making equipment, Product invent use three-dimensional
software of UG. Improved and enhanced the process
craft, assembly ways and inspection method. Four categories
form, which are car lock series, minitype vehicle
series, large and middle size passenger car lock series,
as well as camion series. It has an annual production
capacity to make 5000 thousand sets of car locks,
and has been one of the main suppliers of Shanghai
Volkswagen.
"Horse" and "LiYong" brands
have been awarded the silver medals of the first Beijing
International Expo as well as country, city level
prizes. They enjoyed great reputation home and abroad.
Products are sold as far as Japan, England, Southeast
Asia, Europe and America.
To guarantee high quality products and eminent services
for clients, our factory passed ISO9002 international
quality system authentication in 1999.
On Sep, 2000, our factory passed QS9000/VDA6.1 international
quality system authentication of Rhine Co. in German.
